I was waiting for my fifth referral which just happened to be an infone offer that was actually completed 2 weeks ago. I had the person e-mail Gratis and they asked her to forward them the confirmation e-mail from infone. When they found out it hadn't been 15 days they said she had to wait.
Today was the 15th day so she replied to that last e-mail asking what the next step would be. They quickly responded saying they were looking to it and to allow 2 business days for a response. Then, a short time later, she got a response telling her that they had credited her for the offer.
I checked my status and, indeed, I got my credit for it. So now I'm waiting for approval.
Hopefully this is good news for others waiting patiently for a credit come through.

Sometimes when they dont get credit it is because the infone account didn't get created for some reason. evidence for this is not recieving an email from infone with account info and not seeing the welcome to infone page.
