i have either 1 or 2 people on my list who did the ebay offer that didnt require a credit card. is this going to mess me up at all?

If you received credit for them back in the day, I don't think it should mess you up. I had a couple on my account and I've been sent to vendor since 8/24... So, I don't think they'll put you on hold JUST for having people who completed the Ebay offer.

They won't put you on hold just because you have people who complete the eBay offer unless some of those people were involved in fraudulent activity.
4 of my referals and i did the ebay offer and i didnt get put on hold, i was ip3 since 8/17... btw, i have my ipod right now
