I completed the EFax Offer 3 days ago, and didint notice till after the transaction that i had the cookie monster logo on my browser.
Can i still get credit for this?....maybe send copy of billing or the email they sent me and my acct info to Gratis?
WHAT should i do....HELP!

as hard as i tried i could not get my computer to allow cookie use from efax.... i've heard alot of bad things about this...
you have to wait 15 days.... and then email them, when you get an autorespond, respond with the email you got

Lunarpancake, can you do me a favor and check your efax account under the billing and tell me what it says (if they are charging you for the plus account). I did not get credit either and it somehow changed from the free 30 day trial that I was signing up for to the plus package. Just want to see if this is the same thing that is happening to the others not getting credit.
