I followed the link my friend gave to me and I signed up to the Netscape offer. I did it on Mozilla Brower. Its been 1 day and my status says I have not completed the offer. How long should it take until it is updated?

Why does it matter with IE and Mozilla? Also I was planning on canceling the netscape on october 20th do i still cancel it?
I made a donation on this site for $10.00 and it will go up on September 30th.
I have not used PayPal in a while and I did not get a automated verification to my mail box which I don't use any more.
