i called netmarket today to ask why i had some pending charges on my account when i called and cancelled on the 8th. turns out the rep i called on the 8th never submitted my cancellation DESPITE having given me a cancellation code. the rep i just talked to submitted my cancellation w/ the same code.
trilegiant has some jackasses working as reps. this is the third or so problem i've had w/ their companies.

That's why I love my CitiBank card, because with their Virtual Account Number generator I can cut them off at the source and closeout the credit card number I gave them. No more cc number, no more charges.
