Do you really need to be living in the US to make this offer work? I sure hope not cause I live in Canada. This is what I did to hopefully get around it.
I have some relatives in the states with the same last name as me, so I put their address as mine. I signed up for ancestry.com which allows you to be Canadian and still sign up. For many of the offers you must have a US credit card or it won't work. So, that's that.
It's hard for me to refer people since I don't know many people in the states, so I have to get people here to sign up for services. But, they have no chance of getting an ipod, because they can't put an American address. When they sign up can I find an American address of someone with the same last name and hope that it fools gratis?
Does anyone think this will work or should I quit right now?
