I received this support ticket today from Gratis (I am showing no tracking on DHL with reference number, or on the Gratis site)

If this is the case, some of us who still don't have tracking info may still be getting our shuffles sooner than we thought...

If it's not on the DHL system then it hasn't shipped yet. They probably meant getting tracking numbers to gratis accounts once they have shipped.

I understand that comment, but if Gratis said it has shipped via DHL...that means that it has shipped. Unless they are flat out lying?? Which i doubt...

sorry, but i'll take DHL's word over gratis's anyday
Some people in this second shipped batch have gotten tracking numbers, some havent.
the ones that havent are still waiting to be shipped.
