Anyone else having problems tracking shipment?

I check my order status with Gratis, says shipped and to click a link that contains a long number (I'm assuming it's a tracking number) to track the shipment. I enter that number at DHL's site, and it's not found.

Does DHL take a few days to update their system? I'm a UPS kid, never used DHL... If I try to track by reference number it doesn't come up either...

Anyone else having this problem?

In his first post, his status on Gratis went to shipped, but nothing showed up on DHL, just like us. That was 3/11

Then on 3/14, he posted that he recieved it.

Maybe Gratis is using differnet referenece numbers or maybe efulfillment used a different carrier for some reason. Either way, I wouldn't worry too much.

Being in Chicago and Efulfillment in Michigan, I'm gonna be looking for mine before the end of the week )

Im sure efulfillment just got overwhelmed or somethign with the large order of ipod shuffles they were shipping out. At least now that your guys' status changed to shipped, you know you will be getting your ipod shuffles very soon. Hopefully sooner than later )

clicked on my order number and still no "long tracking number." i wouldn't worry much about the shipment status.. as long as they shipped it. i have spring break next week and will be home to receive it anyways.
update us when you find out how to track it though.

still no tracking number but my status is shipped so i dont care as long as i get it. I hope they shipped yesterday and i get it today

that long number is the tracking number. dhl now recognizes it... D

when did you start processing ashnazq?

I just hope to receive it by Friday because I'm leaving for for vacation and all.

Does anyone know if DHL requires a signature for delivery?

Still no tracking for me. My head is going to explode in an act of pure and utter impatience. )
