I called DHL this evening and they said that nothing was coming up for my reference number, but there were still several packages downloading into the system...also over on the GearLive forums, someone else called DHL and they said they were all shipped and should be starting to arrive in the next 2 days. Hope this small bit of info helps!

I must admit...not seeing anything in the system yet is giving me a bit of skepticism. Obviously, this is my first Gratis free item, but in what I have seen on these boards DHL is the first to even hint at shipment. I find it strange that Gratis says shipped, yet DHL, now 18 hours later still hasn't put us in the system. Hopefully, it really did ship yesterday afternoon, and I will see it today...

Agreed StorM. Though this is my 3rd Gratis item so I'm trying to remain optimistic.

hehe, I look up my order number and it refers me to a shipment that is for some eyeglass company. However, when I put the zipcodes in nothing shows up.

Heres a thought...is it possible that they have only just been "shipped" to eFulfillment, rather than to us? This seems to make some sense of the STV for only an hour. Perhaps Gratis simply changed our status in order to let us know that the product is in transit.

They've never done it that way in the past, with the iPods, iPod Photos, Minimacs, or iPod Shuffles.. It's more than likely just a miscommunication between eFulfillment and Gratis. eFulfillment probably told Gratis that they'd all ship on a certain date, but eFulfillment is being slow about it.

my guess is nothing is showing up cause our shipping reference numbers have already been used... put your in and see what comes up...

Eyeglasses...but that has been the case before. You just are supposed to be able to put your zip code in and find yours.

Reference numbers are non-unique. Just imagine how many digits they have to use if they were unique? 20-30+??? The reference number [b5aa4c68613][i5aa4c68613] HAS TO [/i5aa4c68613][/b5aa4c68613] be used together with your zip code, or nothing that interests you will come back. I agree with CG - it is probably a misscomunication problem
