I was scheduled to be delivered. now: shipped back to sender

Please help me,

I called ups and everyone and they said that the item was refused, and that its being sent back to Memphis with a scheduled delivery for october 5th to the pcmall memphis wherehouse. i called ups and they told me that its the sender that wants the item back, please someone tell me whats going on...

And why exactly was the item "refused"

Well, the post office called back and told me that the whole "refuse" thing was a something the clerk put in, so here's what happend.

PCMall sent a message to the post office asking for the item back, they dont need to give a reason for that, they said that they will hold the item for me until tomorrow night to get everything cleared up with pcmall to see whats going on.

I asked her if it happend a lot that an item would be asked back, and she said yes. Either for "non-payment" or "shipped the wrong item".

I can't imagine PCMall would send out iPods without making sure they had payment from Gratis. That would just be stupidity. I guess it's possible, but maybe it really is just the wrong item.

PCMall has 24-hour customer service I believe. Did you call them?

gratis is not running out of $. Hopefuly they sent him a mini and realized their error.

If they just started that handbag site, they're not going anywhere. Their business model "seems" solid. They have barely any overhead and are getting a lot more referrals than the needed per account on average.
We'll see I guess.

People don't like giving up tracking numbers sometimes. I wouldn't want to give up mine. lishrugli.

Of course, mine isn't a PCMall tracking # either, so I don't have to worry about being forced to give it up.

once its shipped i dont see why not, what are we gonna do??? UPS doesnt even give the address on the tracking page, just the city.

alright i just called PCMall and explained to them what happen, the guy seemed confused he said

"let me call ups, and either I or they will call you back"

so yea i gave'em my cell number, and now im about to go to school expecting my phone to rumble at any time and the teacher letting me go to the bathroom.

im an august 13th.

I switched to hp i dont know when... i dont even remember switching to hp, just one day the option to switch was gone and at the bottom it said that they will send me a hp 20 gb if available.

so yea, talked to ecost today and they told me to not worry about it, that they were sorry for any delays and that they will send it to me once they receive it.
