i completed 2 offers on gratis sites, and they were suppose to be instant. neither were instant. It took over 3 days for shuffle to go thru and im still waiting on the one from ffs. anyone else have a similar problem?

Some are, some arent. On FIP I had some instants go through within minutes, some took a day or two. It also depends on other factors -- two of my referrals completed Stamps.com which claims a 1-3 day credit. The first one credited in 2 days. The other took 9 days.
When I signed up for FFS, I completed the Video Professor offer, which claims to be instant. It showed up in about an hour, which is close enough to instant for me. )
Travelers Advantage is always great.

Like I said... I got credit for Video Professor within an hour. Probably less, it was about an hour later that I checked. I wasn't IMMEDIATE in terms of as soon as I closed the Video Professor webpage -- I checked it about 5 minutes later and it hadn't shown up yet. Checked again about an hour later and there it was. That's the fastest one I've seen yet.
all instant offers go through in under 15 minutes.
petchews was literally 30 seconds one time. the next it was almost 15 minutes.
