I had two people do offers like. 20 days ago. I figured it was just taking a while, cause on my freeipods, it took forever. Yet, still no credit. So I sent in a cust service ticket last week. No responce. (
you do know the customer service tickets they reply to them in the account section they don't send you a response in a email right. Sounds wierd everytime i've sent them a ticket they get back to me within a day. Maybe resend it.

Same thing is happening to me. My signups said they completed the offers,so why is it taking so long?
