Ok, my account just went on hold.
I had 6 greens and 1 of them is on hold
How should I go about this? The one they put on hold happened to be my mother.
Should I say ok, that one is on hold but I still have enough greens to proceed?

I got put on hold like 4 times, and finally just got approved. Perserverance...and about 20 CS inquiries. You'll get off hold, it just takes time and patience. Not two things that are easy when you're jonesing for a new iPod!
