I did the freeipods and i got my ipod last week. Now my brother wants one and i know he cant do freeipods, but can he do freephotoipods even though we live in the same house? i havent signed up with frephotoipods so im thinking its ok but i wanted to ask to make sure.

Your brother can do it, but if I were you, I'd just make sure he signed up as the same name as you (meaning using your name). iPod photos (not photoiPods) do PLAY music. They have the same functionality as a regular iPod, but they've got more space, a color screen, TV-Out, and the ability to view photos. If you just want an iPod, go with Tech4Free or MP3players4free.
