WTF??? I recieved my Hpod yesterday... and immidiately listed it on Ebay with a starting bid of $250 with NO RESERVE... 1 day later (TODAY)... it ends with NO BIDS. So I do a search to see what they aregoing for... 20 GB Apples and HP's ending between $180 - $200 ... BRAND NEW! WTF?

Supply and demand. The number of iPods with low reserves is probably way up on eBay because there are so many people like you who get their free one and turn around to try and make a quick buck. This is good to know though since at the rate I'm going I will probably have to buy one to actually get one. x

Looks like there's a lot being listed which is driving the prices down.... if you'll accept $180-$200 relist it around there with a starting bid.

no one will bid when it starts out high. people only seem to bid on iPods when they have a low start bid. i guess people just feel like there might be a chance they get it for less...

Wait till around early December when people start the full on holiday shopping.

Why buy an iPod on Ebay when you can get one for free? ;)

idk.

Anyway, right before I got into FIP, I offered a guy online $225/I pay shipping for a 15GB 3G. He told me he "clearly stated" that he wasn't willing to sell for less than he was asking, which was $275.

Pretty funny considering the market now.

list the ipod with a starting bid of 1 dollar, no reserve. it will fly up to 200+ in no time

people like low starting bids.

you don't start bids at $250 moron. it's a mental thing. pretend you are looking for an ipod. would you rather bid on one that's at 50 bucks or 250?

ebay for dummies with mommy's credit card, please.
