After about 25 days of suggesting freeipods.com to my friends, I got my 5th green referral. I requested approval today! I will keep this thread up to date so others can compare their times w/ my times to get approval, shipment, etc. Hopefully I will get approved soon! D

Same here, I submitted 3/11 also. From the looks of things they've been swamped during the last week or so (figures, the week I finally get my 5th is when their response time goes to crap). They also seem to be taking harder looks at fraud and putting more accounts on hold than before. But most people I see here who submitted around the same time as us were put on hold for either legitimate reasons or becasue they had been on hold before and Gratis didn't fix whatever it was and put them on hold again.

Since this is my first attempt and I liknowli that all of my referrals are unique, I'm not too worried about being on hold. I expect we'll hear something in the next business day or so.

I am in the same situation! All mine are unique, and I'll be very disappointed if I get put on hold! I'll contact them everyday until I get taken off. Good luck!

Kaymin, was this referral a family member, same last name, etc.? Could this referral have been doing something like signup multiple accounts that you don't know about? Anything like that could cause a hold...

well you see once your refferal is put on hold you usually are also - which means get ready for a ton of cs tickets and a ton of bs from gratis

you can get the refferal off of hold but this is really difficult - i just got one of mine put on hold and it was 100% legit - the only problem was that my refferal used my name insted of his so that really screwed me over - so im trying to get him to send in a cs ticket just so Gratis will believe me - but yeah you dont really need the other refferal to send in a cs ticket either

Yeah, mine got approved... I'm not sure when tho. I was out of the state for a couple days and returned to a happy approval. I clicked redeem gift a couple minutes ago... it was an amazing feeling!!! HOpefully all goes well from here on out!

well, after looking a little more, I can't find someone who was aproved on the 15th. But some were on the 8th and some on the 22nd. So maybe it's every other tuesday.

i too requested for approval on the 22nd...maybe the 21st...it was monday nite..but it couldda been tuedsay morning....and i am still waiting to hear back from them...i too have read in these forums and other thats the usual day they do the ipods

That's just what I've gathered by looking through the forums at people's dates. It seems they do it all in groups. But that's just speculation, I could be wrong.

I'm not sure what stage you are in (waiting for approval or processing) but it took me almost 3 weeks to go STV (I went processing the night of the previous STV) but I approved and shipped really quickly! I think it just depends on your timing! Looks like it's taking longer to process but the STV --> shipping has been next day on the last 2 groups! (something to look forward to!!)

Since I dont have classes on Friday, I rushed home after lunch to get my free ipod! Well I got home at 215pm and there was no sign of the DHL delivery man. So I turned on the computer to check the shipping status... to my disappointment the DHL man had already been here.

3/31/05 142 pm Delivery Attempted.
Will attempt again next business day.

I am going to have to wait another 23 hours until I can get my free ipod! I just wish I could have gotten home 27 minutes earlier. cry
