I recently got this message from Gratis customer service
"We have placed the account in question on hold. You may continue to complete our program with this account."
I was wondering if i should keep trying to get my friends to sign up. Is it any use?

What is 'the account in question'? Obviously it's not your account, so yes... keep pluggin away.
