Go to the dhl webpage and click on tracking. Then click on "by refernce #" enter your Gratis order # (from the site) and hit enter. No need to put in the zip codes unless you need to narrow the search.

might wanna take your tracking number off the post.......everyone can get you addy, sit on your porch and swipe ur package, or call in and tel them instead of delivering ull pick it up at the DHL hub. Then just go in and swipe it.

When I put in my gratis reference number I get tracking for a package sent and already delivered? Not from efullfilment or anything? Odd? What the heck am I doing wrong? Putting in Zip codes gives me no tracking info avail. Does that mean I just haven't been shipped yet?

That means somebody else has a shipment with that same referance #. If nothing comes up with your zip then you didn't get shipped yet.

still STV at the site and DHL says that mine hasnt shipped... had to use the zips though my ref number was the same as an order for glasses or something that got delivered on the 7th...
would they have changed the ref number if someone already had it?

The ref number has to be used together with your ZIP, otherwise you will get results. See CG's post regarding this. You may also use shipper's zip code, but to make sure - check CollidgGraduit's post)

i did use the zip which is how I saw that it hadn't shipped, I was just wondering if they would have used a different reference number because that one was already in use up until monday of this week.

No, it's still the same reference number. It's "Shipper's reference number", and is not unique for all the shipments. I tried getting my macmini info with just the reference number, but it came up with a completely different shipment. However, when I used same reference number AND my ZIP, it came up with the Mini. Keep checking)

Hey Bayvet, you left your gratis reference number on your picture you posted earlier. It could be very easy for someone to go to DHL and look up your shipping and tracking info with just that number. Might want to remove that.

If you were STV with the rest of us on the 2nd, then you will get shipped. As I've said already, they are probably shipping over several days. You'r stuff won't show on the dhl website till the truck picking it up scans the info in. Be patient.

hmm.. does anybody else ship them besides DHL? I've never even seen or heard of DHL around my area. I looked up and it looks like there is a shipping plant about 20 miles from here, but I've never seen DHL truck around here. What about Fedex and UPS?

Theyn have a contract with DHL. DhL is mostly used in business type applications, not residential which is why you have probably never seen them before.
