I emailed gratis about the status of my account but all i got was the auto-answer, however, i didn't receive the answer in my email inbox so all i can do is look at is via the "email correspondence" link under the my account section. so the problem is that i can never reply to the autoresponse to get a real person and my account status will be stuck like this forever
does anyone know what i can do?
Usually the auto responder asks you to respond with the same message again.

Reply to the automessage, usually someone picks those up. That's your best bet I'd say ;)

Copy and paste the autoresponse in a new email, and include your response with that...

who would i send the mail to? i don't know if you guys don't get it... but i CAN'T send a reply when i never get an email...

check your spam or junk email box, because when i asked them a question i got an email response and it showed up in my email correspondence.
