I emailed him again today to find out my status as he didn't respond w/ my last email containing my order #. I get this response w/in minutes

Okay, so that confuses me because I thought we were getting online gift cards to eLuxury.com. Now he is making it seem that we're getting the bag, if you ordered an LV!!

I'm just frustrated, I just want something. I mean this is taking for-ev-er!

Also I hope I can just return that bag and exchange it for an order of $250. I'm going to call them to find out. Here is what it says on eLuxury.com
