I have had two referrals directly click on my link and complete an offer but I never recieved credit for it. There email just never showed up under my status page. How could this occur?

both of them did the lowes offer. I find it weird that my other two referrals did the travelers advantage showed up right away as yellow under my status. It's been over a week now and my lowes haven't showed up at all under my status. Is this possible.

same happened to me. a friend of mine signed up and never appeared even yellow under me. to my regret he already completed an offer by the time i got to him. (
