What did you order? And can you please contact your guy in Gratis and ask them about this? I'm becoming frustrated - I am probably the only person who is still Shipped (from 2/16), they're not answering my customer service inquiries (one 2/22 one 3/7), and I have no idea what's going on...

phbs.....I am still shipped too.....waiting on it.....I heard some people got the GC's for the coach and the kate spade bag.....think the problem is with the fendi bag.
Nieman's has that bag for $520!!!!!!! I think Gratis messed up in offering it and is giving the GC instead so they don't take a loss on it.....but either way, this is a pain
