I originally ordered the iPod Mini on 9/14 and STV on 9/15. I emailed CS asking if I could switch and was told I could do this through the "switch" button in the order history page. Unfortunately, it isn't showing up on any of the pages.
What should I do?

go to the default front page and if youre already signed in, you can make your changes there.

i switched my ipod to an HP on the default front page because i'm missing the "switch button" on my order page as well.... the picture did switch to an HP on the front page, however my order details are still indicating that i have a mini ordered.
anyone else have an idea? thanks.

can't switch when u ordered a mini. u can only switch if u ordered an apple 20gb ipod.
