What should I do?

I sent my request for approval last week (I posted about it) and today I see that one of my referrals went grey.

I've emailed the person (a friend) and asked whether they signed up previously, someone wlse from that address signed up, or what...

any other questions I should ask?

If he says that all is well, how should I approach Gratis about this?

I've been waiting for so long & really thought I'd get my iPod soon...

Well he wrote to them & I don't know what he said, but his gray turned green today. I submitted my account for approval again, so we'll see what happens!!

So after I submitted for approval, the same referral went gray. I sent this to Gratis

I spoke with the person to ask them if they violated any of the TOS, and they said no. They sent in a customer service ticket, and their referral went back to green on March 10. I submitted my account for approval again on March 10. Today (March 21) makes 8 business days since I submitted my account for approval, and upon checking my status, I see that the referral in question (xxx@yahoo.com) has gone gray again. This must be some kind of error. I know that all of my referrals are unique users, and none have violated the terms of service. Please look into this? I am hoping that this referral can return to green and my account can be approved in a timely manner. Thank you[/id6aab2862f]

So I re-submitted for approval on the 22nd.

I hope that all of the reviewing makes the process go faster this time. Do you think it will?

Well, good luck and look on the bright side, they haven't sent any iPods since the last time you submitted for approval, so hopefully you'll be approved in time for the next shipment.
