Ok, have 25 yellows, built up over a couple weeks, and no greens yet. Granted, 20 people could have signed up for Blockbuster or something and are awaiting credit. I sent out 1 e-mail with the proof of legitimacy links, the guide, the pics, wired, etc...but it doesn't seem to do anything.
Any other suggestions for converting some yellows -> greens?
Thanks,
Lucid

Do you know who they are? Talk to them. The mass e-mail thing didn't work for me.

I've noticed Blockbuster seems to take very little time to update (a few hours), even if the user cancelled within the 2 week period.

get your friends to do it...too hard (i've found) to convince people over the internet to join, even with proof.

I placed a classified ad. Got 20-some yellows, four turned green. Tried again with another site, and got 6 yellows, no green. This is for my Freeflatscreen account.
I'd say best bet is to just ask friends. 3 of my FIP referrals were friends, and two I got by posting on eBay, before they booted the auction off.

you know, all my referrals were instantly green.. all my yellows stayed yellow...
the offer I was suppose to complete (when you sign up) took about 8 days for me to get credit..
