I just think Gratis needs to be a little more accurate and informative. They always make the mistake of telling people shipments are scheduled to go out this date, but they don't. Then they make another prediction that doesn't come through either. The main reason Gratis takes so long to ship is because they keep wanting to order larger quantities so they get a cheaper price. Personally I think that is shit. Gratis is making a TON of money, and if it wasn't for people like US, they wouldn't be making it. Sure, we are getting "free" products, which is great. But treat us a little better. Stop trying to save a buck or two and keep the people that keep your company in business happy. I definitely think it would pay off for them in the long run. There are so many people upset with Gratis from previous happenings that they will not even participate in their offers even though they are completely capable of it. Thats how companies lose money. Either way, we will eventually get the products, probably without even knowing that they shipped or without getting a tracking number. Great company...

Exactly. It's not like Gratis is just sitting on the Minimacs to torture us. My guess is they are waiting for a huge order to get to their fulfillment house in Michigan.. and Apple may be slowly filling that huge order as the Minimacs are made.
Keep in mind that the people at Gratis are businessmen, they aren't going to just make people wait for the fun of it.

More or less my opinion. I also love the fact that whenever you get a reply e-mail from Gratis there are usually 2 or 3 words spelled incorrectly. This company is being run very unprofessionally. I have completed every offer from Gratis and have gone through the same crap each time. They are losing a lot of people because of their practices... Oh well. I'm going to shut my trap now. I'm just on a Gratis hating trip today. I'll be waiting patiently. Heh

From what I've seen Gratis hasn't made ANY promises. We just had one statement that they were HOPING to start getting them out on the first. That doesn't sound like a promise at all.

As someone who waited eons during the great iPod backup of last year in September, I agree. Patience is a virtue, and you'll get your items as soon as Gratis can ship. I'm anxious, but nowhere near even miffed that it's taking a while.
When Supply < Demand, then it just takes a little longer. Simple as that.

LOL. Stroid, for me it is, but I still find a way to manage. I've wanted a Mac since I got my damn Windows box, which crashes all of the time. But I know I've got to wait. I'm almost done on notebooks4free, and I may get the iBook to add to this, but I think I'm going to get the money, spend it on trades to make it multiply, and then buy the new PowerBook G5 when it comes out.

I'm using my notebooks4free money to COMPLETELY trick out my Mac Mini, and I guess it's better this way, since I'm 17/18 on notebooks and have like a day until I'm done. That way all the stuff and the Mac can come at the same time.
