I wonder idea
Do you have to complete your offer yourself for the referrals to go green? or will they go green without you completeing an offer, and waiting for the end to join. I am a noob!

You don't have to complete you offer in order for your referrals to turn green. You can get all 5 of your referrals and then complete your offer if you wish.
