What vendor does Gratis use to ship out shuffles? Anyone know?

I emailed Gratis and this is the response I received as to time frame and possibly Vendor?
"As soon as the ipods are made available to us by apple we will ship them, thank you"
So is Apple their direct supplier? Or it could have been a canned response. Who knows.

It's most likely as soon as the iPod shuffle is provided by APPLE to the vendor.

yeah that makes more sense... unless, because of the volume Gratis goes through, they decided to eliminate the middle man, but i'd say thats very unlikely....

It is rather unlikely. This isn't Gratis fault, it's Apple's for releasing a product they didn't have in stock.
