Depends on who the buyer is....They all retail at a little over $500, atleast they did last I checked.

These days most of the big retail chains scan the serial number UPC along with any box UPCs, and the box would likely have some SKU/UPC sticker from the chain on it too, that you wouldn't have.
Best bet is eBay, or someone you know personally, in order to convert the PC to cash.
For eBay, I'd say get the Dell Diension 4700, but if it's someone you know, they might want the Cyberpower, when you tell them about the specs.
