That seems to be my problem. When I look at my order, it says it's stuck as an Apple Ipod. I'm pretty sure I switched over to the hPod. E-mailed Gratis a second time and I'm awaiting the personal reply. Every time I start to think this is too big a hassle, I remember that I'm getting a 300 dollar mp3 player for free.
