I know I may be asking some totally stupid, but I wanted to try out Ancestry.com and I registered, now after registering, I received an email that I received credit,

Now part of my account, that doesn't sorta count for myself, outta 5,

Since its still 0,

Also another question is will I be able to close my Ancestry.com account, since emailing through the help support.

What the hell?

Are you asking a question or something?

Question #2
Yes you can close your Ancestry.com account. Make sure to call them over the phone, and DO NOT take no for an answer.

Note the fact that he is from Malta. Please forgive him for his idiocy, his babel translation didn't work too well apparently.

You can do it over e-mail, but knowing the shadyness of Ancestry I would call in and speak to a live rep.

I bet if you emailed them, they would just ignore it and then charge you and say they never got the email.

Call them.
