Hey people,
Well I sure as hell like to get myself an iPod, and I'm from Europe, so what I was thinking of is to change my personal details that I registered with and change them to my friend's which lives in New York, in which he would send it to me by post,
Is there any way I can do this, I contacted freeipods.com customer service email, and I gotten an automatic reply email,
I still got 0 outta 5 people, but got like 7 yellow ones, hard for me to get people to register using there credit card details and also not even from states,

You can change your details when you complete your requirements and proceed to order the ipod

It clearly states that this offer is for US residents only. However, I wish you the best of luck with your iPod.

Like I said before is I registered my details, which ain't valid, but I have a friend in New York,
So when I complete the 5 referrals, I can change my details, and change it to my new york friend's postal address,

Yeah but that still does not make you a legal US resident. US resident means you need to have some sort of visa (work visa, student visa, etc.) a permanent residency card (aka green card) or a US citizenship otherwise you do not qualify for this offer. Again, I wish you the best of luck completing this but just letting you know what is and isn't allowed.

Well if it's sent to his friend. His friend is the one who appears to have completed the offer. A person in the US (apparantly) legal with a postal address.
May not be quite honest... but should fufill the requirements.
