I just ordered it and wanted to try and track it. Do I need to wait untill its out of processing?

Two days after I was STV, I was able to track my shipment via the dhl.com website.
Use your order number under the DHL "reference number" and key in your zip code. It will give you an estimated delivery date. My iPod was delivered on the day that the DHL site said that it would.
