I spoke to him today over the phone and he said that I should of received an online gift certificate to eLuxury.com for my handbag, BUT I didn't. So he's looking into it, and he is going to email me by the end of the day with something. Thank goodness! He was super helpful! Yay Gratis!

Thanks! Yeah he said this site they were having trouble with because of finding the bags and vendors. So they've been doing gift certificates. Hopefully you get yours soon, check your spam folders and stuff too! Good luck! )

man this is retarded, im so frustrated with this sites lack of informing me of anything, how hard could it be to send a batch email to all of the stvs and shipped status people about the status of our orders, just so we know. damn.

Here is the information I've received via my last CS inquiry
