If you have a trustworthy friend/relative in the United States, just have the iPod shipped to them, and then have them forward it to you.

I did it, got it sent to my grandparents in ND. They don't check addresses or anything to make sure you live there.

Has anyone used freemacgifts.com ? They ship to canada. How is it? , have you received your ipod. Im using it right now, to sign up you have to put "CANADA" in the adrees bar (WITH CAPITAL LETTERS) if your intersted in it you can sign up under me
