i think the charge will most likely be denied. however, webcert has this listed under the "disclosures and fees" section
Overlimit Fee^ $15.00
^Overlimit Fee At the discretion of C/Base Inc., a fee can be applied to the account if the total balance is less than $0.00. C-Base reserves the right to collect the fee against the funding source of the account or initiate collection activity directly with the customer.

I just wanted to point out that easportsea bumped this topic with "anyone?" after waiting an hour and 12 minutes for a response. Such patience.

i assume they'll either charge the credit card used to purchase the webcert, which doesn't make any sense b/c they're sometimes given as gifts, or send a collection notice to the billing address associated w/ your account.

I have a question regarding webcerts.
What address is used for sites that require an address for credit card payments? Is it the same as your home address?
Retro

okay, let's see if I can make this make sense.
If you buy a webcert for yourself, then you'll be using your home address that you signed up when you created your webcertificate.com account.
If you were buying it for someone else, the address they'd use would be the address that you gave when they signed up for an account at webcertificate.com
So basically, yes you use your own address.

Yah that is certainly not true. My size varies from area to area, aka measurements wink
But seriously. I try and make most of my posts semi-meaningful, I don't rack up one liners just to bring my count up.

Ok, I guess it's not just the post count that matters. But I've spent a lot of time on these forums and I hate it when some little n00b kid comes and makes fun of me for some little detail that doesn't even matter.
