I feel like the last 8/6er out there...
My ipod still hasn't been shipped.
I haven't switched to the HPod and I bet if I switch now I'll just be waiting even longer...
Anyone else with me here??
I'm an 8/6er and still havent received my ipod, didnt switch either.
having the same feelings as you, i want to switch but afraid as soon as i do they will ship out the apple ipods. haha.

Don't worry.
You're not the [bdf3debf3ea]only[/bdf3debf3ea] one. I am an 8/6er too, switched to an hpod on 9/18. My status still is and was "SENT TO VENDOR, WAITING ON PRODUCT" since 8/13 til now..
Just to give the other 8/6's some hope, I never switched to HP and mine was just shipped out on the 23rd. )

Also 8/6. I switched a few days ago and still says sent to vendor [
Note If you switch, it doesn't mean you'd be waiting longer for an ipod. You're still on the apple ipod line, but if you switch, you'd be put on TWO lines -- the hpod and the apple. you get whatever is available first.

I am an 8/6. I actually got shipped on 9/23 and received it today! I did switch to the HP iPod last week, but I was shipped the real Apple iPod.
