i have been put on dreaded hold at fip. my message is the one that says
"While you have completed all the requirements to get a FREE iPod, we have reviewed your account and referral offer completions and have placed your account on hold. We have determined that your referrals appear to not be unique users. Because we make money from advertisers who only pay us for unique users, we cannot credit you for these referrals."[/sizebd9306f046]
the only reason i could possibly be on hold is b/c i think one of my referrals may have created 2 accounts on another gratis site and (i think) tried completing offers under both of them. of my other 4 referrals, 1 is my personal friend so i know she's legit, and the other 3 are from trades w/ people who know the rules.
should i click the "I have no idea why I'm on HOLD." support link or the "I may have violated your Terms & Conditions (or know the reason I was placed on HOLD), and want to explain why I should be taken off HOLD." link? i figure the second one implies admission of guilt when i didn't do anything dishonest on my part and i'm not completely sure if my suspicion about one referral is correct. the first one implies i have no idea what's going on but i have some idea. suggestions?

Well, this is where you ask yourself
Do I have any idea why I'm HOLD? If you don't, click the "I have no idea why I'm on HOLD" link. If you do, "I may have violated your Terms & Conditions (or know the reason I was placed on HOLD), and want to explain why I should be taken off HOLD" link.

really stupid question, i don't know what i was thinking. i sent customer serevice a detailed inquiry and received an automatic response. should i reply to the automatic response? i know sometimes you have to reply to the automated messages in order to get a real human reponse.

yes, you should reply to the automated.. thats the only way they'll go back and actually look at your original question. In the past I've just written "can you please respond to my original question?" Hope this helps.
