I'm posting from my brand new 17" Samsung LCD

Its really sweet. Very bright clear picture. Gonna check out a game on it later tonight. I'll post some pics later too when i have time.

Funny story about this one. A buddy of mine that lives across the street got his LCD from FFS today also. Mine was delivered first. He said that when the UPS man got to his door, the UPS man said it was the 3rd LCD he's delivered on our street that said "Freeflatscreens.com" on it. The UPS man asked my buddy if he could come in and learn how to get one of these for free. So my friend said they sat there for like 5 minutes and talked about it.

Moral of the story Have some slips of paper with your ref. link to hand to the delivery man. heh.

LOL nice. I bet my delivery man is getting pretty pissed. Although, the shipments have been spread out amongst USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL so it's not too bad. Can't wait for my 17" LCD!!!!

FON, I tried a little UT2004 on it and it performed really nicely. I'm pretty pumped.

I don't do any competitive online gaming anymore, but I do play the occassional game of CS 1.6 a few times a month. Perhaps I'll get back into gaming when I get the Cyberpower (FDPC) hooked up to the 17" LCD (FFS). Thanks Gratis! ;)

haha im probably going to get the sony one, so no gaming for me), maybe movies though wink

i read a review on that sony that basically said if you're gonna do office stuff and browsing that the sony was a great monitor. he said the brightness was really good. he did say however that video games were literally unplayable.
