I won't flame you, but here are a few things to keep in mind

1. Gratis' hours of operation are M-F, 830am to 530pm (roughly) EST. So, if you ask for approval on a Sunday, the earliest they will examine your application is Monday morning. Also, it takes some time for each person's personal page to be updated - I've still not gotten a tracking number, but I am able to track my package through my order number on DHL's site. wink

2. You probably are not the only person who requested approval yesterday or even last weekend, so there are a lot of people who have to be approved/reviewed.

3. Gratis has to check your completed offer, every possible account you may have, and ever completed offer of your referrals. The tracing of those accounts takes time.

4. Yes, they probably have a computer program which checks these items, but I am fairly confident that there is a human who double checks each result. If any irregularity or possibility of cheating exists, you will be flagged.

So, for example, I asked for approval on the 13th. I was approved the 15th and was able to order my Ipod the 16th. It went STV on the 17th and I should receive my Ipod tomorrow (the 22nd). However, Gratis does the STV in batches; last week was an oddity - two STV sessions in one week. In short, expect to receive your approval (or rejection) in the next 2-3 business days.

FYI, You may want to check this forum for more details, because this has been discussed countless times. As more and more people sign up for FreeIpods, the time it takes is longer for each person to be approved. Remember - each Ipod requires 6 offers, yours and 5 of your friends.

Great response, budscox )

Also, Gratis is closed today, so don't count it as a business day.

Ah, I had forgotten about President's day, especially since my job doesn't count it.

I went to a private college and they gave almost no days off other than the high Holy days. (I call them that, the college doesn't). My graduate school was a public grad school, so when I got days off for holidays, I was VERY confused.

I guess that means that I have to wait another day for offers my friends completed over the weekend to be counted. Oh well, back to staring at my ICFreeIpod icon for red flashing!

I forgot about it too.. I'm working all day today. But, I guess since Gratis is in DC, it makes sense. P

I guess so - kind of sucks, though. I was expecting to send in my freegamingsystems today for approval. Oh well. Tomorrow will do just fine; I'm getting my Ipod today!

I believe that Gratis works later than 530PM EST...I've been approved as late as 700PM. However, it could just be a delay in the approval posting to my account.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there is a delay between Joe Gratis-Employee saying "You're Approved" and it showing up in your account. I've gotten some approvals in the middle of the night. I doubt any Gratis employee is working at 330a.m.

I was referring to account approval, not offer credit. I know there is a delay, I'm just unsure of the business hours. Oh well.
