That symbol means that the security settings restricted the reading or writing of a cookie.
With that symbol, it means that there is a HIGH chance that a cookie wasn't set or read correctly, meaning you will not get credit for that offer if you complete it with that symbol showing.
What I recommend doing is temporarily lowering your Internet Explorer Security Settings (only until you're done with the offer, and only browsing those sites). As soon as you're done signing up, and you do not get that icon, then immediately turn your settings back up to where they were.
That will allow the cookie to pass freely, and allow you to get credit for the offer.

Big thanks. If indeed one of mine didn't go through, would i be able to forward the email addy/info of the person who did the offer, to gratis, and possibly still get credit for the offer?

well you'd have to have the person who didn't get credit send an email. it's gratis policy. and considering that wasn't a screen taken by you they might not give it. I mean anyone cuold say "i signed up for infone but got that symbol"... they'll ask for the confirmation email.
