when my free ipod is delivered will it be left on my doorstep or will i have to sign for it.

i don't get home until 600-630 on week days so I'm afraid i will miss the guy if you do have to sign for it.

will i have to go pick it up somewhere if i miss the deliverer?

thanks for the help

Same thing happened to me, They tried once, and I wasn't home, they left a slip that I could sign, and then they would leave it on the door the next day. You may also be able to leave a note with your signature saying that they can leave it on your doorstep.

i just searched on the DHL website for my nearest dhl drop off place.

it came up with the Office Max right by my house.

so will they drop it off there, or is this drop off place only for people shipping stuff out.

oh and for the note.. should the note be signed?

i would be uncomfortable leaving a signed document on my door.

If the package is "signature required" (which in this case, it is) then you must leave your signature to have the package left at your residence....not a difficult concept.

As for

I'm going to steal it and transfer it onto the check I stole from you, cash it for everything you've got.

do you have a neighbor who will be home that can sign for it for you? if there is, leave a note with that information on it, and have them sign for it....
