Is anyone else having a problem...

getting freepsps.com to send a verification email? for one reason or another, I can't get it to send me a verification email to save my life (and I'm aware of spam folders, etc.).

Anyone else experience something similar?

i am having the exact same problem, i cant get one sent to me.

Altho since it just came out it could be overcrowded..

what email are you using? i've had that problem before even using an email that their other sites could send to fine. The best fix I know is to switch your email address and re-request the verification email.

on a second look, they're not sending to either of my email addys (charter.net or gmail.com). Maybe they haven't gotten this working right on the new site yet? Anyone else having problems?

I was using a gmail address, but switched it to my work address--neither has worked, unfortunately.

maybe it's just overcrowded as someone else suggested.

well, I think it is a problem on their end, do what I did, open a service ticket with them about not getting it, it will be closed right away, and then it will tell you right away it was verified......after that, wait like 10-15 minutes, click the "account" link on the top, and the verify box should be gone....after I figured that out, I submitted for approval

I put in a service ticket and referenced another gratis account with the same email address, and got verified in under an hour.

Yeah, all you have to do is put in a support ticket and they will verify you if you have that email problem. This always happens when I sign up from my aol email address.

I'm on a penis as well, but have my doubts that it will be effective. But I was going to sign up anyway, and it helped someone cool out, so no loss. )

Actually I think that's one of the stupidest things int he world to do on a site exclusively about free sites

why filter out c ongas with penis? or couldn't you choose a better word, or just lililili it out?

i think they have a reason for it but what ? may a mod solve this mystery? or will it be some resourcefull user? Who knows?

well, I don't think anyone has gotten anything on the psp, but typically, this is where it gets sent from all the other sites. Right to spam....not sure why. This is what caused me to have a problem with my gratis account because I did not get the confirmation e-mail, and had to change my e-mail in my account info a bunch of times.

normally i get the activation ones from gratis quick and easily but for some reason can't get the psp's one...i just tried again so hopefully the next time i check my email it will be there.

they never sent it to me originally but when i clicked the link to have one sent i got it almost instant. I use yahoo for my freegear website
