I've noticed that there seems to be some confusion with how to order the Dimension 4700. I've been talking with someone at Gratis about this, but I'm not sure exactly how you folks can go about specifying the 4700 instead of the 3000, or vice-versa. I'll get in contact with them this afternoon and see if I can get it cleared up.
I ordered the Dell a couple of days before they switched things around, so I'm not familiar with how it works now. If someone who's trying to order a Dell could please fill me in on exactly what happens when you try to order the dell, as specifically as possible, that would be great.
Also, if you're trying to order a Dell and are unable to choose which one you want, please post here with the e-mail address you signed up for FDPC with, along with your Dell preference (3000 or 4700).
Thanks.

Here is my order info

I selected the "Dell Dimension", but it didn't give me the option of which one I wanted. Please sign me up for the "[ba3e266aebe]Dell 4700[/ba3e266aebe]"...I already have an LCD from the freeflatscreens site.
I asked their customer support, and I got the same reply as JJYYLL

I mentioned this to Gratis... here is their response
[quote373d9c6dd7]Thanks for the head's up on the PC issue. Essentially, what's going on is
that the PC will just be "Dell Dimension" until the very last step, the
actual placing of an order-- when the user will have a pull-down menu and
the option of choosing from any of the PCs. They just need to select the
Dimension they want (3000 or 4700).[/quote373d9c6dd7]

I just checked the site, it looks like they split it back up into two separate items again.
