I posted something about the offer Freebidding.com and my bad experience with them. It seems to have disappeared! What is the reason for this?

good question. i found free bidding difficult to use, unintuitive and unresponsive to cancellation requests, not to mention a pointless, over priced site with no content of their own to begin with.

Yeah, Freebidding is one of the worst offers, and any claims to be 'instant' are BS anyway, I never got credit at all.

Yup, that was my original post.. basically I cancelled after about 26 hours of being signed up and was charged $39.95 to my credit card the very next day. Also, it should be noted that there is NO 800 NUMBER on their site, or any other way to contact them besides the stupid email form. Also, I did not receive credit for this offer! Beware of freebidding.

They do say up front that you have 24 hours to trial or you will be charged that, but yeah, they clearly just hope people will forget to cancel. And $40 for that site, fuck no. There is nothing about it that isn't done better, and cheaper, by eBay.

Well, I was under the impression that Gratis required me to stay signed up for the whole 24 hour period, and according to freebidding I thought it was $1 a day even after the initial 24 hours...but it doesn't even really matter..

But in regards to my original post,
I have no idea...it didn't have anything derogatory or in violation of any rules that I know of. Weird...maybe a mod or admin knows?

My guess is prolle you were asking about how to cancel an offer. im not sure i read alot of threads ;)

nope.. it was simply about my experience; had nothing to do with asking for information about how to cancel.. but no harm done.

As for freebidding, I signed up, didnt get instant credit. I cancelled the service online after like 2 hours of having it and didnt get credit until 3 days later (after I had given up on freebidding and done someting else)

One of my referrals did have good luck with freebidding. She did her 1 day sign-up and canceled after approx 12 hours. She did get credit for the offer.

IMO it is the worst offer b/c of the 1 day trial. 39.95 is quite a bit of money for a month's subscription.
