how do you know if you are on hold?

i put in for approval about a week ago and just received noticed that one of my referrals did not receive credit because it did not seem like a unique referral. It was green for like a week and just went Grey. It is a unique person however how do i know if i am on hold where would it say that i don't see anything on my status page. I am thinking that my friend may have just signed up for two accounts.

Also it did not say anything about my other referrals will this mean that they are fine or once they find one bad one they just stop looking into them. it is not a big deal about the one because i have another one that should be approved soon but i hope the rest are cool, i thought i did everything right but i guess not.

it would be on the status page that you were on hold.

your friend went grey because he was placed on hold.
