I believe Sweetened still hasn't received hers but I haven't talked to her in a few days. Anyone else? Maybe something happened w/ the vendor. I'm waiting to hear from the products manager.

I heard back from CS re my not having rec'd anything, they answered w/ some nonsense about there are tracking numbers w/ some orders. your bag was shipped the 27th. um, hello! that's 18 days. so i wrote them again today saying "it's been 18 days...blah blah"
that's all i know. anyway, here's hoping.

Seems like they are giving us the runaround. They told me that they forwarded my situation to the products manager. This was on the 10th (14 days after status changing to shipped). It's now the 16th and I haven't heard from the products manager. That is weird they said some orders had tracking numbers because one was never posted in my account. Also, we both got the LV bag, shipped at same time, and both haven't received it. I dont think it's just the delivery system. Hopefully one of us hears [ice26b504ab]something[/ice26b504ab] soon!

My status just went shipped today without a tracking # for the fendi. Now I'm worried.

ok, nothing doing. i called elux and they said they couldn't look for me and the recipient b/c it would require looking into the senders account. ok, next plan. wait.

Ughh, so now we wait. But the thing is, another group of freehandbags account orders when to "shipped" status yesterday. I wonder if we got our orders re-shipped, OR if this will be something that will be drawn out. Meaning, we must wait for the products manager to contact us, and be shipped much later. I bet they'll receive their bags first! You just never know w/ Gratis. ) I'll try and think positive...

No word yet! I'm kind of surprised, because they're usually pretty good w/ people who are wrongfully on hold. But I mean, we DID our part. We should have a bag, and I feel they are shoving us aside. Let's see what happens.
