I THINK it would be impossible to get it delieved to their house in Canada. The shipping information, when you fill it out, doesn't seem to allow for provinces and postal codes.. lishrugli

The person who posted above me doesn't understand what he's saying.

It's not a rumor, I live in Canada and I got my iPod.

It's simple. All you need is a valid US address. Get the iPod shipped to that address, then get whoever lives there to ship it to you. You better trust them with your $300 iPod though.

Actually I am a SHE. And I [ba33f3df059]also[/ba33f3df059] live in Canada and am doing the exact same thing as you.

But what the person said was they heard a rumor of someone who didn't have a "middleperson", i.e. our American counterpart, re-mailing it to us Canadian folk. As in, staight from ecost -> a Canadian house. That's what I was saying sounded impossible because the shipping info at freeipods doesn't allow for Canadian shipping details.

yeah you answered my question correctly

flatline - how much did it cost to ship the iPod?

I checked the USPS international calculator and it said between $18.50 - 25 (depending on whether I want express or not).

Does that sound about right, for how much it cost for your iPod to be shipped here?

Negative, actually I dunno, it shouldn't be too much.

$14, but my neighbors shipped it from MA to NS, which is only like a 3 hour boatride.

if i were going to have an ipod shipped to me, only then to ship it to someone in cancad, i would (without a doubt) piss all over the ipod, accesories, and all included documentation. all canadians can suck my filthy, american nutbag. douches.

Wow...can you say "fucked up asshole"?

I take it UPS shipping rates to Canada are worse than USPS?

Inferno69

25-09-2004 09:55:58

What a fuckin idiot. Is his IP banned too? It better be. Nobody makes fun of Canadians. Does USPS ship on weekends? cause my friend in the states shipped in yesterday and he said it would be 5-7 buisness day...

Chris

25-09-2004 10:00:31

USPS Ships everyday except for Sunday. At least in the states they do...

USPS and UPS both cost roughly the same.
I went with UPS since they delivered stuff to my house before and I know the driver and he always brings my stuff before everything else.

It wasn't that bad, pretty fast, except for UPS fucking up my customs claim and making me pay $40.29 to receive my iPod, but I just told them on the phone what was going on and they took the COD off.

And yes, he's permabanned.

Yeah I have read that UPS has brokerage fees so that makes it not such a great choice.

Inferno69 - I think USPS is like Canada Post, no mail on weekends \ So a bit longer of a wait, I suppose.

how much longer could USPS be than UPS? no way im payin brokerage fees
