I have a question about the autoresponse thing... I sent a question in about my account status and got an autoresponse, but it didn't get sent to my email, i can only view it from the "view email correspondence" link in my account section of the freeipods.com site. because of this i'm afraid i won't be able to respond and get a live person, should i just wait and see or can someone help me with how i'm supposed to respond to get a live person? ?
