I'm on hold currently, as my 5th offer was denied. I was put on hold over a week ago, have sent in a customer support request to Gratis, but they have not responded.
So, I have 4 offers done, because the 5th one was thrown out. If I get another friend to complete an offer, will it make any difference? I am on hold, so, am I able to get taken off hold by getting a 5th friend to complete an offer or what?
Any help would be appreciated.

As I understand it, you can refer people, yes but won't be able to submit till you are off hold?

Um, I was on hold, and I referred 2 people, and yes, I know positively that they were right. Gratis says I didn't and now I'm stuck with none. Wait till you're off hold, don't chance it.

ok, um heres the deal if this is your first time being on hold. for some strange reason the customer service reps dont actually reply untill you reply to the automated response they send after you submit. so when you submit a ticket and get the reply you should reply to it with something, usually i re-send what i previously sent.
be humble, and everything should go ok, be an ass and threat'n them with a BBB comment, and your most likely goin to see your ticket closed and hafta deal with submitting another one. GL.
